Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your shoes, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. 

Please email frontdesk@pottingerlane.com with your request so that we may understand the reason for the return or exchange including your name and order number. If an exchange is requested, the availability of the replacement item may not be guaranteed. 

Products must be returned in its original condition complete with all labels and the plastic protective layer on the soles of the Mary Janes. Any items that show signs of wear or damage will be returned to the original address. 

Please note that it may take up to 14 calendar days to process a refund or exchange.
