EU Right of Withdrawal

If you reside within the European Union, you hav the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without needing to provide a reason. 

To exercise your right, you must notify us by emailing frontdesk@pottingerlane.com prior to the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal window (including weekends and holidays). Please provide your name, order number, and date that your purchase was received. 

Upon your notification to withdraw your order, please return your purchased items to us without delay no later than 14 days from the date that you informed us. All items must be unworn and in perfect condition, including the plastic protective layer on the soles of the Mary Janes. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
